It’s a great relaxing stay

Property has a good location, nice pools and grounds are beautiful

This property is a little out dated and needs to be looked at from a F and B perspective. No tea coffee facility in the room so you have go down to the restaurant and try and order something there even if you feel like a cuppa when you wake up and sit outside you can’t because there is no room service either for anything. Dinner is 4 course meal only , if you feel like starter as you can’t consume so much food you can’t you have to leave and go find something else where. When everyone is swimming at the pool the pool bar is closed but opens early evening when people heading to there rooms So many missed opportunities to increase F and B revenue

Great location and amazing gardens, but a bit dated and overpriced

The location is perfect. Bay is beautiful as well as the gardens at the hotel. Rooms are very clean although a bit dated

It is a bit dated ; it could definitely use some freshening up. The bay is gorgeous but unfortunately no services were offered in the beach in terms of drinks and food. Bar/restaurant super fair priced but also a bit simple and missing the ambiance. Finally, we were expecting to be able to charge by tesla, as was advertised, however the charger was out of order and there was no plan to get this fixed. The alternative suggested was some kilometers away

Relaxing holiday with great beach and pool

The pool and beach were fantastic, we really enjoyed popping between both and appreciated reserved beds at the beach. Bed was really comfortable, staff very friendly and everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Sardinian traditional dinner.

Coffee in room would be nice. We happened to go the one week all the Italians also take holiday and so it was full, we tried booking boat yours with the hotel on our first day but they were already full booked for over a week. More watersports offered at the beach would be a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay, however staff were a little abrupt & not overly helpful.

Private beach, beautiful gardens & nice rooms. Location good. Lunch menu was nice.

The restaurant buffet & dinner menu were disappointing. Food on menu below average for price. The rooms did not provide kettle, tea & coffee.

Wonderful

The property was beautiful had its own private beach which was fantastic and convenient! Towels were also provided which was a plus! The garden and the hotel complex itself was gorgeous and looked right out of a Slim Aaron’s shoot! The rooms were cleaned daily and was fantastic! Highly recommend those who are looking to say that have families at is super relaxing and very accomodating for those who have children! Can’t fault it!

Amazing accommodation and staff.

Everything. Warm welcome by ALL staff. Very accommodating to our needs and requests. Staff super helpful.

The restaurant dinner itself. NOT the staff, they were excellent. As the resort is out of the way we only found the onsite restaurant the most convenient. The food was terrible. It was mass produced and some dishes I believe were made off site. We forced ourselves to eat the entree and starter but the main was awful (veal leg) so we sent it back. Ironically you had a dress code, which heightened expectations of a high quality meal. Unfortunately it was a major disappointment. Terrible is the only word I can give. We never complain and for me to state what I said, I’m being very honest.

Nice place but won’t recommend it.

The location, the garden and the beach access

The food options at buffet are limited and never changed, except desserts (only 3 options) which are very poor quality. Fruits are always the same every evening (pineapple, 2 types of melon and grapes). Then starters, first and second courses are coming in small portions and sometimes undercooked. The breakfast options are also limited and same every day. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs are raw. The waiters are not very professional, as they might forget about your oder and they don’t speak English, only Italian.

A nice intimate feeling place that you warm to very quickly

Cute room and nice feel to the place overall, beach and pool pretty good too.

First room was a little disjointed. Breakfast room lacked some feel but outside was nice.

Rooms were great size and very clean! Breakfast had lots of options and coffee was great! Beautifully kept gardens, beach was lovely & water so clear!!

Nice hotel with no quality food

We like our room and the gardens all around the hotel, the cleanliness of the place and the service was very friendly

We found the hotel overpriced for what you get, in a 4 star hotel we were expecting more quality of food and more variety. Also the place I think is made for elderly to go there and rest so it’s very quite

The location on the beach was wonderful and the swimming pool. Our breakfast, and half bored (Lunch or Dinner) was tasty and plentiful. We liked the Lunch menus better than the Dinner (value for money). Air conditioning in the room was wonderful as was the quiet location in an upstairs room.

The size of our bathroom was far too small, especially the shower cubicle. When you sat on the toilet, your knees hit, the shower screen. We did not like the fact that there was no kettle or hot drink making facility and no Glasses for cold drinks. This facility only provides paper cups for the rooms. I don’t believe this is acceptable for a four star facility and for the price paid for accommodation.

Great beach, pool, and staff, but hotel need a new decorator and chef!

The pool and private beach was never crowded at all. There was always chairs/umbrella available. The evenings were quiet. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was boring. Dinner was hit or miss. Food was either bland, under seasoned, and/or over-cooked. Was totally unimpressed by the room size, decor, and linens. Room was very out-dated. Paid $4,860 USD for 3 adults and one child (5 nights). Hotel needs to use this money and invest in room decor and upgrade to a more luxurious look.

That it was a low season and it was a quite place to relax. You could only hear the sea and the birds.

That had no music and activities after dinner to socialise with others.

Good

Garden and hotel buildings were incredible.

Just small things which would be easy to fix. It is not a 4 star hotel when there is no hair conditioner, body lotion etc available, not even on request. The breakfast box on the last early morning departure did not arrive either although was supposed to, so we were hungry the whole morning. In October, water in the swimming pool was really cold. Otherwise all fine, and special thanks for restaurant for the dinner service which was top.
